SERVICES: Moldings
We are committed to adding small design elements along with a paint job. We also do repairs as listed below. Much of what we do in this area will improve the look and feel of the paint job we are performing.
We do the following:
On exteriors --
- 1x3 preprimed trim around plain metal or vinyl windows
- 1x4 preprimed trim around plain metal or vinyl windows
- Minor siding repairs
- Decorative design elements added
On Interiors --
- New casings around windows and doors.
- New baseboards
- New pre-hung primed doors
- New crown molding
- New chair molding
- New wainscoting
On decks --
- Replace some rotten wood top decking boards
- Replace entire top decking boards of certain decks
- Replace selected & minor dry rot on support members
- Tear down old decks (not replace them)
- We do not do major structural repairs, add onto decks or build
We use new and well-maintained equipment along with quality products from local suppliers. We do not do remodeling, room additions or general building or other trades, like electrical or plumbing. See our links page for a list of local contractors.
