Preparation cleaning - Aggressive removal of dirt, grime, mildew, algae, moss, peeling paint and stains to repaint these surfaces.
Finish cleaning - Careful to aggressive finish cleaning to remove surface dirt, mildew, moss & algae. Most masonry allows rather aggressive cleaning with no damage to surface. This type of cleaning could be done on painted or unpainted masonry.
3. Exteriors (including detached buildings)
Preparation cleaning - Thorough cleaning in preparation for repainting or restaining. Aggressive removal of dirt, grime, mildew, algae, moss, peeling paint and stains.
Finish cleaning - Careful finish cleaning to remove surface dirt, mildew, moss & algae, without removing the paint. Things get really dirty in the Northwest and it is a good idea to keep them clean.
